The Carers Association wish to establish a panel of FETAC Level 5 trained Home Respite Workers. The panel will be called upon, when we require staff for the delivery of Home Care Services in this area. Home Respite Worker We are looking for experienced Care Workers who will also be able to provide the following:- • A FETAC Level 5 Major Award in Healthcare Support, Community Care, Nursing Studies, Community & Health Services or Health Service Skills. Applicants who have almost completed one of these Major Awards and have a plan or training schedule in place to complete the remaining Modules may also be considered • Garda Clearance – interested applicants will have to complete a Garda Vetting Form (evidence of current Garda Clearance will be an advantage) • Applicants must hold a full driving license and have their own transport where required Applicants are invited to submit their up-to-date CV which outlines their qualifications and experience together with a covering letter explaining their suitability for the position and the geographic area they could cover.
