This modular course developed by the Environmental Health Association of Ireland (EHAI) will give your staff the information they need to anticipate potential problems and follow correct procedures with regard to food hygiene.
Primary Food Hygiene is recommended for all food handlers in the workplace, or those seeking employment in hotels, bars, restaurants, crèches and food processing factories.
