Description
Overall responsibility for the implementation of this Supported Employment programme. Administration, and accounts
producing budget forecasts each year and the control and management of budgets eachyear.  HR responsibility managing a team of
employment facilitators and administrator to implement the programme across the region of West Cork.
Reporting to Board of Directors and providing outcomes to Board and funders of programme. To work with team to produce
set targets, and outcomes.

Skills Requirements
It is essential for the successful candidate to have excellent administration, accounts HR and Marketing
experience. A third level qualification is desirable but not essential.
Ability to manage a team across West Cork. Commitment to the ethos of
Employability West Cork.
Ability to motivate a team and work on ones own regarding
supporting team, PR,HR, reaching targets, reporting to funders
and Board.
Producing reports and forecasts for the Board of
Directors and DSP.
